During my short staycation at The Jayakarta Suites in Bandung, I found the service to be quite standard. While the location is fantastic and the breakfast was decent, I was disappointed that my special occasion, my child's birthday, didn't receive any recognition from the staff. This lack of personal touch made my experience less nice. Overall, it felt like an average hotel rather than a place I would return to for special occasions. 🎈
